Stakeholders in communities, schools, businesses and organizations all play a part, either directly or indirectly, in the growth and movement of the individual members of these groups. Before, I had the mindset that leaders are born and bred. That the top leaders of the world were inherently given these skills by chance and through the years they have understood these traits and effectively utilized them.
